This was good and we get to see Val and Adrian come fully together and take on those who wronged them。 But it also felt rushed at times and like conversations or events were missing， especially between Val and Adrian。 The end had me on edge and then left me reeling what that twist however。 I need Kai’s story ASAP because the authors left us in limbo needing to know what happens next。

Worth the wait。 Valentina left Adrian but she was far from free。 I highly recommend reading Vow to Protect if you haven’t。 This will have you on the edge waiting for the twist and it does not disappoint at keeping you enthralled and does not lack anything。 Fantastic writing as expected。
